CLERY ACT - STATEMENT OF POLICY
It is the policy of S.A.B.E.R. INC to provide the employees, clients and students with a safe environment in which to work and learn, and to keep students, parents and employees well informed about campus security. It is the policy of S.A.B.E.R. INC. to report criminal actions and other emergencies occurring on campus and to maintain records of crimes reported to campus authorities.
There shall be a Clery Act Compliance Committee (CACC) to be responsible for compliance with the Clery Act of 1990 and the United States Department of Education regulations 34 CFR Part 668. Representatives from Administration, faculty, and admissions will be part of this committee.
The COO shall act as a resource to all campus personnel regarding on-going compliance with the Clery Act.
