NCLEX PREP WITH ESOL
COURSE DESCRIPTION
Course consists of 880 hours of both theoretical and applied training in ESOL and Medical areas that will increase to date the knowledge of RNs proceeding from countries other than the U.S. This program will provide them with the necessary elements that will increase their knowledge of the English language, while at the same
time prepare them for the NCLEX State Exam.
COURSE OBJECTIVE
To increase the knowledge of RN's from countries other than the U.S. by means of theoretical-practical classes, with the dual purpose of developing their verbal and written English skills and preparing them with the necessary elements to successfully take the NCLEX State Exam and become gainfully employed. At the end of the course, student will be able to demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English and articulate medical terminology. They will also be able to do the following: demonstrate ability to work in a hospital environment, learn, understand, and follow rules and regulations, and show ability to take the NCLEX Exam.
Entrance Requirements
Proof that applicant holds RN degree in country of origin as certified by a DOE approved translating agency
